Contract4Deed is the marketplace and operator toolkit for owner-finance land deals. Landowners use our brand, our state-specific contract templates, our buyer pipeline, and our marketing kit to close their own deals — no real estate license required, no agent in the middle, no bank-financing chain to fall apart.

It's run by Wyatt Case, with a background in surplus-fund recovery and county-records work. Every contract template is reviewed by a state-licensed attorney before it ships. The platform is structured so that every transaction stays between the operator (landowner) and the buyer — Contract4Deed is intentionally not a broker, attorney, or lender.

The thesis is simple. Banks don't finance most rural land, and when they do, the friction kills the deal. The owner-finance market already moves billions a year — informally, off-market, on hand-shake-and-paperwork. Our bet: bring that market a brand, the right paperwork, and a buyer pipeline, and it scales.
